Stunning Piebald Colt - FOR SALE
By our stallion, Dilston Piper, out of our mare Charlotte’s Moonlight, a stunning foal who we’ve received some wonderful compliments about. He is very nicely marked with splashes of white on his body, a white star and snip and 4 white socks. He has presence and is very nicely put together. We think he will look super when he grows with his white mane against his black coat - his tail has also white in it like his dad’s!
Available in September when weaned, deposit secures until then, to a good home only with other equine company.

Little Joe - Bay [Turning Black] Colt Foal - FOR SALE

2012 Foals
We have 3 foals due from April 2012, see our news page to see the mares who are in foal and the colour possiblities of their foals. Despite scanning our mares, it’s not yet as sophisticated as human scanning to determine the sex so we’ll wait and see! Photos of mares and stallions can be seen on their respective pages. Foals can be reserved with deposit until weaning time, [which will depend on when they are born but will be mid September onwards].
We handle our foals daily here at Kettlesnout so they become friendly from the start, here are some comments from previous buyers, to us it says it all:

Dilston Piper - 32″ Stallion Aged 7 Years - FOR SALE
Sad sale of our much loved stallion, Dilston Piper, a traditionally bred, proven stallion, bred by the long established Dilston Stud. We have had Piper from a foal so a first class home is most important. Only for sale as we are keeping numbers low and can manage with one stallion and have retained 2 of his daughters and have mares closely related.
Good bone, a lovely neat head and good conformation together with his excellent temperament make him an asset for any stud. Piper is good to handle, easy to catch, good with farrier and with mares and foals. He is a friendly chap, no vices whatsoever.

Kettlesnout India Moon ‘Indie’ - 2011 Filly Foal - SOLD
A very sweet and loving filly, a bright chestnut foal colour with little moon on her face (hence the name!). We’re not sure yet what colour she’ll turn out - possibly darker. Such a sad sale so a very good home needed with other equine company.

Kettlesnout Silver Fox - WE HAVE DECIDED TO RETAIN SILVER
Adorable 2011 filly foal, born on 2nd May, Silver is a striking little girl with four white socks and one white patch on one side. She is very pretty, sweet and loving and has a good pedigree - a great granddaughter of the legendary Ron of North Wells.
Her full sister was lightly shown as a yearling, qualifying for Ponies UK Championship. As with all our foals, will only be sold to a good home with other equine company.
Available at weaning when she will be halter broken, on hard feed, registered, microchipped and passported with the Shetland Pony Stud Book Society.
